Is electronic signing free?

For signers, yes: signing is always free, and they don’t need an account or an app. Creating a Signer account is free too. The sender pays €3 per signer, and only when the document is actually sent.

Is there a monthly fee or a contract?

No. You only pay for the documents you send: €3 per signer. No subscription, no notice period and no minimum volume.

What’s included?

• Sending and links: each signer gets their own private link by email and, if you add a phone number, by text message as well.
• Reminders: anyone who hasn’t signed gets a reminder every 24 hours. Links stay valid for 30 days.
• Audit trail: timestamps, IP addresses, email verification and the document’s SHA-256 hash.
• The signed document: the signed PDF and signing certificate go to every party.
• Tracking: your dashboard shows who has signed, and you can resend a link whenever you need to.

How do I pay?

You pay with PayPal when you send the document. The price depends on the number of signers, and you see the total before you pay.

Sending a lot, or from your own system?

If you send documents for signing from your own software, the Signer API sends the invitations and returns the signed PDF automatically – under your own brand, from €69 for 100 signatures. Get in touch and we’ll set you up.
